About the Artist
Ash Hein is an artist creating glyphs to explore consciousness, connection and the world around her. She uses simple repetitive shapes that have helped build an artistic language to better understand herself. Art has been an integral part of her self-development, and she explores themes of human connection, consciousness, nature, science and spirituality. Currently, Ash is an in-house artist at The Marshall Muse Gallery where she has a small studio that is open for visiting.
About the Artwork
"Can't You See" is a digital artwork that was inspired by a quote from Yuval Abraham, the co-director of the documentary "No Other Land." Yuval's words were "Can't you see that we are intertwined?" I wanted to include them alongside my everyman character. A shape akin to an electrical outlet connected by a common thread to represent the energy and humanity we all share.
