TRAFFIC ALERT - Kent County - Closure of Griffith Lake Road between Williamsville Road and Meadow Brook Lane

Closure of Griffith Lake Road between Williamsville Road and Meadow Brook Lane

Milford - ; The Delaware Department of Transportation announces the closure of Griffith Lake Road between Williamsville Road and Meadow Brook Lane starting on Wednesday, August 19th through mid-December 2027 for the removal and to reinstall a new dam by The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC).

Detour - Northbound motorists will use Abbotts Pond Road, turn right onto Williamsville Road, and arrive back at Griffith Lake Drive.

Southbound motorists will use Williamsville Road, turn left onto Abbotts Pond Road, and arrive back at Griffith Lake Drive.
