As of July 24, 2026, the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) is applying new Section 301 duties on imports from 60 economies. These tariffs replace the Section 122 tariffs, which expired on July 24, 2026.
The new duty rates are based on each exporting country's adoption and enforcement of forced labor import prohibitions:
These additional tariffs apply to goods entered for consumption, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after 12:01 a.m. ET on July 24, 2026.
The additional tariffs do not apply to goods that meet both of the following conditions:
