Atlanta and Newnan Divisions Delay Opening on Thursday January 23, 2025

On Thursday January 23, 2025, the Atlanta and Newnan divisions of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia will delay opening two hours due to recent wintry weather.

The Gainesville and Rome divisions of the Court will operate normal hours.

Hearings scheduled for the Honorable Barbara Ellis-Monro on Thursday, January 23, 2025, will proceed as scheduled beginning at 10:30 AM.

Hearings scheduled for the Honorable Paul Baisier on Thursday, January 23, 2025 at 10:00 AM, will be delayed until 11:00 AM.

Hearings scheduled for the Honorable Paul W. Bonapfel on Thursday, January 23, 2025 at 10:00 AM will be delayed until 10:30 AM.

Hearings scheduled for the Honorable Jeffery W. Cavender on Thursday, January 23, 2025 at 10:00 AM will be delayed until 10:30 AM. All other hearings remain as scheduled.

Hearings scheduled for the Honorable Lisa Ritchey Craig on Thursday, January 23, 2025 at 10:00, 10:10, and 10:15 AM will be delayed until 10:30 AM. All other hearings remain as scheduled.
