European Railways are deeply saddened by the tragic rail accident in Spain.
CER extends its heartfelt condolences to the families and loved ones of those who have lost their lives and our thoughts are with all those who have been injured.
We also express our sincere sympathy and solidarity with the teams at Renfe, Iryo and Adif. Such events profoundly affect not only the victims and their families, but also the dedicated professionals who work every day to provide reliable rail services.
The entire CER team stands in sympathy with all those affected.
We hope that comfort and strength may be found in the support of colleagues and the wider rail community during this difficult period.
