Resignation of Director

On January 14, 2025, Asaf Porat notified the board of directors (the "Board") of the Company of his resignation from the Board, effective immediately. The resignation of Mr. Porat as a director was not related to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.

Mr. Porat continues with the Company as Chief Financial Officer.
