The City of Tucson, under the leadership of Mayor Regina Romero, has launched the Tucson Youth Climate Action Fund and is now accepting applications for youth-led climate projects!

Through Bloomberg Philanthropies' Youth Climate Action Fund, the City will award microgrants of up to $5,000 to youth-led projects that help make Tucson more sustainable, resilient, and climate-ready.

We would greatly appreciate your help in spreading the word to the young people and families you serve. Applications are due October 15, but youth don't have to navigate the process alone.

We encourage interested youth to register for our Youth Climate Action Fund Workshop on August 13, where they'll learn about the program, explore project ideas, connect with other young leaders, and ask questions. Following the workshop, we'll offer office hours from August through October to provide one-on-one support as youth develop their applications.
