CANCELACIÓN DE EMISOR - VALORES

La Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, mediante Resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2026-00008937 de 28 de abril de 2026, resolvió CANCELAR en el Catastro Público del Mercado de Valores la inscripción de los valores emitidos por la compañía ENVASES DEL LITORAL S.A. cuya oferta pública del SEXTO PROGRAMA DE EMISIÓN DE OBLIGACIONES DE CORTO PLAZO O PAPEL COMERCIAL fue aprobada mediante resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2024-00001101 del 09 de enero de 2024 por el monto de hasta USD $6'000.000,00 amparada por garantía general, la cual ha sido cancelada en su totalidad.
