Day, Night Lane Closures for Westbound, Eastbound SR-37 Capital Preventive Maintenance Project in Marin County

Marin County - Caltrans has scheduled lane closures for a Capital Preventive Maintenance project on Westbound and Eastbound State Route 37 (SR-37) in between Atherton Avenue and the Petaluma River Bridge in Novato.

One lane is scheduled to be closed on Eastbound SR-37 from US-101 to the Petaluma River Bridge on Monday, July 14 from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. for K-rail installation.

There also are scheduled lane closures on Eastbound and Westbound SR-37 near the US-101 split on Monday, July 14 from 9 p.m. until 3 a.m. the next morning for K-rail installation.

Work will continue from Tuesday, July 15 to Friday, July 18 but will be performed behind K-rail without any lane closures scheduled.

All work Is weather dependent.

This capital maintenance pavement rehabilitation project involves paving and median barrier work in Novato. The project will grind and re-pave the roadway between the Ignacio overhead to the Petaluma River Bridge - a stretch of about three miles.
