Wolf Lake Park Trail Temporarily Closed

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

JULY 29, 2025

Beginning July 30 until August 2, 2025

DAVIE, Fla. - Portions of the Wolf Lake Park Trail, located at 5400 Southwest 76th Avenue, will temporarily close for infrastructure improvements on the power lines performed by Florida Power and Light (FPL) on Wednesday, July 30. The trails will reopen on Saturday, August 2, 2025.

Regular updates on the progress of the trail clearance and its reopening will be provided through our website and social media channels. We advise the public to check for updates before planning their visit to the park.

Individuals are encouraged to visit nearby Town parks during this closure:

  • Driftwood Estates Park, 3300 NW 77th Avenue
  • East Davie Nature Park, 5350 Southwest 58th Avenue
  • Silver Lake Rotary Nature Park, 5695 SW 52nd

Town parks, playgrounds and restrooms are open from 9 a.m. to sunset except for:

  • Driftwood, Shenandoah, Waterford and Waverly Park will close at 9 p.m.
  • Pine Island Park/Bamford Sports Complex will close at 10 p.m.
