Venture One Fund Acquires 41,835 Square Foot Industrial Building in Woodridge, Illinois
Rosemont, IL - January 13, 2022 - Venture One Real Estate through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial V, LP, a partnership between Venture One and Kovitz Investment Group, has closed on the acquisition of a 41,835 square foot industrial building located at 10430 Argonne Woods Drive in Woodridge, Illinois. The acquisition was a sale-leaseback.
The building was constructed in 2000, expanded in 2017 and sits on 2.00 acres of land. It has 2 docks, 1 drive-in door and parking for 63 cars. Additionally, the property is fully air conditioned and is equipped with 1,200 amps of power.
