Association Jujitsu: Black Belt Tips for Managing Boundaries and Expectations
Associations professionals operate in environments with multiple stakeholders who influence decisions and goals. Staff often need to balance expectations, volunteers, governance, sponsorships and internal work issues. However, questionable behaviors and unclear expectations can increase conflict and frustration resulting in decreased morale and productivity. This engaging program teaches participants how to analyze and manage boundaries, communications, conflict, and questionable behavior in complex organizations.
