Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised LATAM Airlines Group S.A. (LATAM) on a US$200 million pre-delivery payment (PDP) financing supporting the acquisition of 23 Airbus A320neo family aircraft scheduled for delivery in the coming years.
The financing was arranged by Santander Corporate & Investment Banking, acting as Global Coordinator and Bookrunner, Mandated Lead Arranger, Co-Structuring Agent, Facility Agent and Security Agent, alongside Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group as Co-Structuring Agent and Mandated Lead Arranger.
The team was led by London-based partner Richard Green, supported by associate Mark Turner and trainee solicitor Hugo Davies.
