London-Dentons, the world's largest global law firm, has advised The Arora Group on its acquisition of the Metro Building in Hammersmith, London.
Arora's acquisition was made in conjunction with Deva Capital, the real estate and corporate capital solutions investment arm of Santander Alternative Investments.
The Metro Building is a prominent, high-specification office asset in the heart of Hammersmith in West London.
The property comprises approximately 105,237 sq. ft. across the ground floor and 10 upper floors. Situated immediately adjacent to Hammersmith Broadway and Hammersmith Underground station, the building serves as a prime gateway to West London with exceptional transport connectivity.
The transaction marks a further deepening of the strategic partnership between the Arora Group and Deva Capital, following their joint acquisition of the landmark Novotel London West in late 2025, on which Dentons also advised.
The purchase of The Metro Building underscores the partners' shared confidence in the Hammersmith commercial corridor and their commitment to acquiring high-potential assets that offer significant repositioning opportunities.
The deal was led by Dentons' Real Estate and Hotels Partner Simon Masri, assisted by Real Estate Counsel Christopher Foxall and Associate Mark Johnston; Banking Partner James Irvine, Counsel Pamela Gilmour and Associate Kirsten Young; and Corporate Partner Kathryn Alexander and Associate Abby Dorani.
Commenting on the deal, Partner Simon Masri said: "We are pleased to have assisted Arora on another strategic UK property acquisition. These deals underscore the attractiveness of London's commercial real estate market and the reputation of Dentons as first-choice advisers on these transactions."
