JMC Attends NAA’s 2024 Apartmentalize in Philadelphia

Eleven members of JMC attended the National Apartment Association's Apartmentalize 2024 conference in Philadelphia, engaging in educational sessions, exhibitor showcases, and networking tailored to the multifamily industry.

Our 2024 crew represented Faxon Commons, DUO, The Atherton, One Wall Street, Parkside Commons, The Mastlight, and the Braintree Office.

Highlights included an Apartments.com-hosted Carrie Underwood concert, a pit stop at the Liberty Bell, time at Morgan's Pier under the Benjamin Franklin Bridge, and a team member winning the dog-park obstacle challenge at the expo.

Attendees gained insights from marketing, technology, AI, leadership, and leasing sessions-and heard inspirational keynotes from Leslie Odom Jr., Marine Kyle Carpenter, and Mark Wahlberg. We also made the iconic Rocky pilgrimage before conquering the "Rocky steps."

The conference closed with a memorable party at the Philadelphia Art Museum-complete with a DJ, dancers, catered food, drinks, and a private museum tour. We can't wait for Apartmentalize 2025 in Las Vegas!
