They held conversations with members of the referendum commissions, national and international observers, as well as with citizens participating in the voting.including 17 representatives from 7 SCO member states (the Republic of Belarus, the People's Republic of China, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan, and the Republic of Uzbekistan) and the SCO Secretariat visited more than 80 polling stations.

The Head of the Mission, SCO Deputy Secretary-General Oleg Kopylov, appeared live during the online telethon "Referendum-2026," organized at the Kazmedia TV center. Mission members informed Kazakh and foreign journalists about the progress of their monitoring work at a briefing held at the Center for Assistance to International Observers and gave a series of interviews to mass media.

After the observation the SCO Mission members discussed the draft final statement, which is planned to be announced on March 16.
