WASHINGTON, D.C. - Congresswoman Erin Houchin (IN-09) is proud to announce the winners of the 2025 Congressional Art Competition for Indiana's 9th District. Dozens of outstanding submissions were received from high school students across the district.
Winners:
"Congratulations to these talented students-and thank you to everyone who submitted artwork," said Congresswoman Houchin. "I'm proud to see so much creativity and passion from young artists across Indiana's 9th District."
As the first-place winner, Jordan Bailey's artwork "Grapefruit" will be displayed in the U.S. Capitol for one year alongside winning entries from congressional districts across the country. Bailey will also receive a trip to Washington, D.C. for a national reception honoring all winners.
The Congressional Art Competition is an annual event sponsored by the U.S. House of Representatives to recognize and encourage artistic talent in each congressional district.
