Dusseldorf/Berlin-Global law firm Dentons has advised Aukera Energy on the acquisition of a 130 MWp solar portfolio in Lower Saxony.
The first 50 MWp project from this newly acquired portfolio is set for construction this year, alongside a 100 MVA substation.
Majority-owned by AtlasInvest, one of Europe's most renowned energy investors, Aukera specializes in investing in and developing renewable energy in Europe, from early development/co-development to the acquisition of ready-to-build projects and the associated procurement, financing, and operating activities. With a strategic vision to establish a pan-European independent power producer (IPP), Aukera currently has a pipeline of approximately 15 GW of wind, solar and battery storage projects in the UK, Germany, Italy, and Romania.
