Register for the May 2026 Interprofessional Education Faculty Development Institute

April 8, 2026

Registration is now open for the May 2026 Interprofessional Education Faculty Development Institute, a four-day virtual program taking place May 5, 7, 12, and 14. Hosted by the Interprofessional Education Collaborative (IPEC) and co-chaired by ASPPH and the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE), this institute is designed for faculty and staff who are new to interprofessional education, as well as those seeking to expand and strengthen existing efforts.

The institute will provide participants with practical tools and opportunities to advance interprofessional education for collaborative practice. Participants will:

  • Gain strategies for designing and sustaining interprofessional education programs
  • Connect with colleagues across disciplines and institutions
  • Plan or scale initiatives to strengthen their programs

This year's program also includes sessions on sustainability, assessment, and communicating the value of interprofessional education, along with dedicated time for networking, project development, and refining an interprofessional education elevator pitch. All sessions will be available for playback.

ASPPH encourages members to take advantage of this opportunity to build capacity and strengthen collaboration across professions. Registration remains open through the start of the event, with fees adjusted based on country income level and reduced rates available for students.
