On Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the Pinal County Medical Examiner's Office will be part of a 'Missing in Arizona' event taking place at Arizona State University's West Valley Campus in Glendale. The event is free to attend and designed for families and friends affected by the disappearance of a loved one.
Officials will be on hand to take reports and gather information and identifiers from families of missing persons. DNA samples can be collected from close family members to help create a profile for the missing person. Families are encouraged to bring photographs, medical records, dental records, and fingerprints of their missing loved ones.
A candlelighting ceremony to honor the missing will begin at noon, followed by a support group for affected family members, which will be held from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Click on the flyer for more information. Participation in the support group requires a reservation. For Support Group Reservations, click here.
