On October 23, 2026, Nuveen Farmland REIT (the "Company") reported the net asset value (the "NAV") per share for each type of common shares of the Company as of September 30, 2026. The NAV per share represents the transaction price for subscriptions that will be accepted as of November 1, 2026 and is as follows:
