Negative Declaration

Orange County - The Pine Bush Central School District (CSD), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Pine Bush CSD 2024 Capital Bond will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a referendum for the District's 2024 Capital Plan that includes renovations and additions at various schools. An environmental impact form has been prepared for each school with the determination of significance based upon the Lead Agency's review of individual school's environmental impacts as well as the cumulative impacts of the collective project. Overall work consists of renovations, replacements, and upgrades to interior and exterior (including site) elements (typically Type 2 actions) as well as the construction of a new athletic track/field at Circleville Middle School. The project is located at various locations in the Pine Bush CSD in Pine Bush, Town of Crawford, New York.
