TOMS RIVER, NJ - The Ocean County Board of Commissioners is highlighting a renewed spirit of collaboration between County government and the Ocean County Board of Social Services (BOSS), reflecting a shared commitment to enhancing services for Ocean County residents and delivering them efficiently and responsively.

Ocean County Commissioners Robert S. Arace and Jennifier Bacchione, who serve as the Board of Commissioners' representatives to the Ocean County Board of Social Services, have worked alongside Acting Executive Director Jennifer Hagendoorn, Board Counsel Brian Wilkie, and the BOSS leadership team, including John Tritto and John Brady, to foster a collaborative framework built on communication and professionalism toward shared goals.

The partnership emphasizes cooperation while respecting the statutory responsibilities of the Ocean County Board of Social Services, with both organizations focused on efficient, effective operations and improved delivery of services to residents who rely on critical assistance programs.
