Willkie advised VSS Capital Partners on its growth investment in Lane Four Consulting, a Salesforce consulting firm.
VSS announced on October 31 that it completed a growth capital investment in Lane Four, a consulting firm headquartered in Toronto that helps clients optimize and scale their go-to market operations through Salesforce's suite of solutions.
VSS is a private investment firm that invests in healthcare, business services and education companies.
The Willkie team was led by partners Adam Turteltaub and Justin Sommerkamp with support from partner Jeffrey Clancy.
