Dallas Business Journal: Uptown’s tallest tower hits 93% leased after 3 major tenants sign leases

Uptown's tallest tower, 23Springs, is nearly full following three new tenants signing deals that bring it to 93% leased.
Plano-based Granite Properties, which developed the building, announced it added 108,127 square feet of leases between international law firm King & Spalding LLP, Prudential's PGIM Inc. and a confidential tenant.
Paul Bennett, senior managing director of Granite, said 23Springs has quickly become a "major hub for industry-leading companies" due to its design and prime location. King & Spalding will double its office footprint in Dallas, leasing 52,826 square feet on the entirety of the 12th and 13th floors of the 26-story tower. The law firm is expected to move into 23Springs from 2601 Olive St. during the second quarter of 2027
