Main Street Participates in 2026 Child Advocates' Pull for Kids Classic Event

In September 2026, Main Street participated in Child Advocates' Annual Pull for Kids Classic event for the seventh consecutive year. Child Advocates (https://www.childadvocates.org/) is a nonprofit dedicated to advocating for abused and neglected children. The organization mobilizes court-appointed volunteers to break the cycle of child abuse by speaking up for children who are lost in the system and guiding them into safe environments where they can thrive.

The Pull for Kids Classic, now in its 34th year, remains a crucial fundraising event for Child Advocates. The event features a sporting clays tournament, dinner, and silent auction, raising vital funds to support Child Advocates' programs and services.

This year, Main Street and its employees contributed over $40,000 to support Child Advocates and dedicated their time to supporting the event. Through the Main Street Volunteer Time Off (VTO) program, 13 employees volunteered at the event. Main Street also actively participated in the sporting clays tournament, fielding five teams, and hosted two tables at the dinner. Through both financial support and employee participation, Main Street was proud to continue its longstanding partnership with Child Advocates and support its mission to help children affected by abuse and neglect.
