The Detroit Auto Show today announced its official Call for Speakers for the 2026 Mobility Global Forum, taking place January 14-15, 2026 during Media and Industry Days at Huntington Place-just ahead of the show's public opening. The iconic Detroit Auto Show returns to Huntington Place January 14-25, 2026.
Now in its third year, the Mobility Global Forum, held in conjunction with the show's Media and Industry Days, includes keynotes, panels and fireside chats featuring leaders in mobility, design, technology and talent. Programming will focus on the overarching theme of "Transforming Mobility: Innovation, Integration and Impact." Presentations will be held on the new main show floor stage at Huntington Place before an audience of industry leaders, students and the media.
"As the auto industry evolves at an unprecedented pace, the Detroit Auto Show and Mobility Global Forum have become essential platforms for bringing together the people who are shaping what's next," said Sam Klemet, Executive Director of the Detroit Auto Show. "Thought leaders from across technology, mobility, and government come here not just to talk-but to collaborate, challenge ideas, and drive progress. These conversations aren't just timely-they're defining the future of innovation and helping position Michigan at the center of it all."
For suggested presentation topics and to apply for consideration to be a speaker at the 2026 Mobility Global Forum, visit detroitautoshow.com. The deadline for speaker applications is Friday, September 19, 2025, and individuals and companies selected will be contacted by October 2025.
For the 2026 Detroit Auto Show, Media and Industry Days are Wednesday, January 14 and Thursday, January 15, providing media, industry executives, and students exclusive access to the show floor prior to the opening of public days on Saturday, January 17.
Industry Days will also feature the AutoMobili-D Technology Showcase, now in its tenth year, as well as technology and mobility innovations created by students at more than ten universities, and content focused on cultivating student interest in mobility careers.
