REVISED: Pilot car operation on NB/SB MO-33 in Clay County for resurfacing, Oct. 6 - late Oct.

CLAY COUNTY - The Missouri Department of Transportation will be conducting a pilot car operation on northbound/southbound Missouri Highway 33, from U.S. Route 69 to Holt, for pavement resurfacing and ADA improvements. Motorists may experience delays. All work is weather permitting. Please see below for traffic modifications:

October 6 until late October from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. each day

• Crews will be conducting a pilot car operation on MO-33, from US-69 to Holt, for pavement resurfacing

Once crews reach Kearney city limits (approximately early October) work will switch to nighttime operations, (approx. 7:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.)

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can also be short-term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
