Contractor Stormwater Pollution Prevention Workshop

The Cities of Cedar Falls, Waterloo, and Hudson will host a Contractor Stormwater Pollution Prevention Workshop on February 11, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Waterloo Public Library- Meeting Room AB (415 Commerical Street, Waterloo). The event is free and participants can register at https://tinyurl.com/bddanmcw.

All are welcome to attend including anyone who would like to know more about construction site stormwater pollution prevention including residential and commercial builders, SWPPP inspectors, contractors, landscapers, and engineers. The event will feature updates on current stormwater regulations, commonly seen issues, practical examples, and open discussion.

Why attend this workshop? Whether you are responsible for the weekly inspections, fixing issues, or you work at a construction site, you are required to comply with Federal, State, and Local regulations. At this workshop, you will learn and review regulations so you can ensure you stay in compliance.
