Willkie represented Nest Sustainable Waste, LLC in its sale of the Northern Delaware Basin Landfill, an oil and gas landfill in Lea County, New Mexico, to WaterBridge Infrastructure LLC (NYSE: WBI) for $189 million.

WaterBridge recently announced that it entered into an agreement to acquire the Northern Delaware Basin Landfill, a 560-acre facility that includes on-site infrastructure for efficient liquid waste handling alongside solid waste operations. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
