AP OMADC 2026 Phase 2 Counseling: The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) will soon be issuing the AP OMADC 2026 Phase 2 Counseling notification. The notification is likely to be released between September 18 and 22, 2026. Phase 2 of counselling will be an important step for students who wish to seek admission into undergraduate courses like BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, BVoc, BFA, and 5 year integrated postgraduate courses in degree colleges of AP. The Phase 1 self-reporting window has closed on September 10, 2026. Meant for those who could not get a seat in the earlier rounds, candidates who did not apply in Phase 1 or Non-Priorities and with Betterment Options can avail this Round 2. AP OAMDC 2026 Phase 2 Counselling: Expected Dates

The exact dates for the Phase 2 process have not been announced yet. As per the expected schedule, the process of Phase 2 counselling may be conducted in the following manner:

• Mandatory Fresh Option Entry: The options that were submitted during Phase 1 are not considered for Phase 2. All participants need to make a fresh option entry once the link becomes available on cap.apcfss.in.
• Seat Retention Policy on Upgrading: Candidates who have accepted a seat in Phase 1 and have chosen a better option in Phase 2 will keep their Phase 1 seat only if no allotment occurs in Phase 2. However, if allotment occurs in Phase 2, then the Phase 1 seat shall become automatically invalid.
• Fresh Candidate Registration: Those students who have not applied in Phase 1 should register themselves first, provide the necessary personal/educational information, and pay the mandatory fees online before going to the document verification process.
• Help Line Centre (HLC) Verification: Candidates whose uploaded documents require manual corrections or special category verification (PH, NCC, Sports, CAP) should go to the designated Help Line Centre during the verification period.
• College Reporting: Allotted candidates have to make an online self-report as well as physical reporting at their respective college with all original certificates.
