The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Katie Osborn. The hearing will be conducted via video using Microsoft Teams.

Katie Osborn was sentenced to a term of 2 years to 20 years, and $240 F/C/R (Fines/Costs/Restitution) for the crime of Operating/Maintaining a Lab Involving Methamphetamine, and to two terms of 96 days in jail for the crimes of Possession of Methamphetamine and Ephedrine/Pseudoephedrine-Possession of More than 10 grams. Katie Osborn was sentenced on March 9, 2009, out of Kalamazoo County.
Katie Osborn was also sentenced to a term of 3 years probation, 8 days jail, and $518 F/C/R (Fines/ Costs/Restitution) for the crime of Operating/Maintaining a Lab Involving Methamphetamine. Katie Osborn was sentenced on November 28, 2011, out of Kalamazoo County.
Aaron Dungy, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole Board.
This hearing is required by state law prior to consideration of any pardon by the Governor.
