ADVISORY - CUMBERLAND COUNTY - Shapiro Administration to Highlight Motorcycle Safety as Summer Weather Arrives, Promote Free PennDOT Training Opportunities Statewide

Leadership from the Shapiro Administration will highlight motorcycle safety as warmer weather arrives across the Commonwealth and promote the free training options available through PennDOT's Motorcycle Safety Program. Governor Josh Shapiro has declared May as Motorcycle Safety Month in Pennsylvania.

Officials from the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) and Pennsylvania Insurance Department (PID) will join PennDOT in promoting motorcycle safety, offering their agencies' perspective in keeping motorcyclists safe as we head into the Memorial Day weekend.

The event will also include representatives from Penn State Health and Billet Motor Sports.
