Upcoming Planned Roadwork for Northeast Missouri, October 13 - 24, 2025

HANNIBAL - The following is a list of general highway maintenance work the Missouri Department of Transportation has planned in the Northeast Missouri region for the next few weeks.

All road closures and planned roadwork may be viewed on the Traveler Information Map at http://traveler.modot.org/map/.

Inclement weather may cause schedule changes in some of the planned work. There may also be moving operations throughout the region, in addition to the work mentioned below. MoDOT asks drivers to work with us by buckling up, putting your phone down, slowing down and moving over in work zones.

Adair County

Missouri Route 11 - October 14 - 17, CLOSED for bridge maintenance from Route K to Millay Trail over Hog Creek between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. daily.

Route KK - October 20, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Second Street to Hedgepath Lane near Millard between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Route KK - October 21 - 24, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Hedgepath Lane to Desoto Lane near Millard between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.

Audrain County

Route BB - October 22, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 657 to Route W between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Clark County

Missouri Route 81 - October 14, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 271 to CR 269 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Monroe County

Route V - October 14, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Business Route 24 to CR 328 between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Route V - October 15, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 332 to CR 344 between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Route V - October 17, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 346 to Route FF between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Route MM - October 21, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Missouri Route 15 to CR 239 between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Route MM - October 22, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 239 to CR 278 between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Route MM - October 23 - 24, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 278 to CR 284 between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.

Ralls County

U.S. Route 61 Southbound - October 13 - 17, LANE RESTRICTION for patching operations from Route O to Missouri Route 19 beginning Monday, October 13th at 8:00 a.m. continuing to Friday, October 17th at 9:00 a.m.

Route U - October 20 - 21, LANE RESTRICTION for asphalt pavement repair operations from Route EE continuing south across to the end of the bridge between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. daily.

Randolph County

U.S. Route 24 Westbound - October 13 - 15, LANE RESTRICTION for shoulder/entrance work from East Outer 63 to CR 2305 in Moberly beginning Monday, October 13th at 6:00 a.m. continuing to Wednesday, October 15th at 6:00 p.m.

Shelby County

U.S. Route 36 Eastbound - October 20 - 24, LANE RESTRICTION for patching operations from Lakenan to Monroe City between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily. A 12-foot width restriction will be in place where crews are actively working.

Route FF - October 17, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from U.S. Route 36 to CR 322 between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Route HH - October 14, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Missouri Route 15 to end of state maintenance between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Route PP - October 15, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from U.S. Route 36 to Route CC between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

With an increased number of highway work zones in Missouri, we urge all drivers to pay attention every second while driving, especially through a work zone.
