President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a phone conversation with the President of Lebanon, General Joseph Aoun.
The Head of State emphasized that Ukraine supports all the efforts by Lebanon and the international community to ensure stability in the Middle East. Achieving real peace is equally important for both of our regions. Volodymyr Zelenskyy expressed gratitude to Lebanon for its support of Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
The two leaders discussed food security and bilateral cooperation. To implement relevant projects, Ukraine is ready to provide its experts in logistics and agricultural technologies. The Presidents agreed that the Ukrainian and Lebanese teams will work together to discuss all potential partnership areas in greater detail.
