Mobile, AL - Beginning Tuesday, Oct. 14, Stanton Rd south of University Hospital, will be closed on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. for two to three weeks.
Alabama Power will be setting bases for new transmission lines to service University Hospital. The assigned detour route will be Spring Hill Ave. (at Stanton Rd) to Mobile St. and University Hospital Dr. back to Stanton Rd. Southbound traffic from Prichard Ave. can access the hospital.
