Litter Free La Mesa - Downtown Village Cleanup

Join the City of La Mesa and I Love a Clean San Diego for a litter cleanup event in the La Mesa Downtown Village and Neighborhood on Saturday, May 3 from 9:00-11:00 AM.

Participants will check-in at the La Mesa City Hall parking lot between Date Avenue and Nebo Drive to learn about keeping the community clean, recycling, then grab supplies and high visibility vests to help safely clean up around the La Mesa Downtown Village and Neighborhood. Please wear comfortable clothes, closed-toed shoes, and some form of sun protection (sunscreen or a hat). Trash pickers and buckets will be provided. Don't forget to bring a reusable water bottle!

This is usually our busiest cleanup of the year, so using the bus or the trolley is encouraged, but some parking will be available.
