OWN REVEALS PUT A RING ON IT: CHEATHAB, A NEW LOVE AND RELATIONSHIP SERIES PREMIERING FRIDAY, JULY 31

OWN announces Put a Ring on It: Cheathab, a bold spin-off of the network's hit love and relationship series, Put A Ring on It. The new series follows long-term couples whose relationships have been rocked by infidelity as they move into the Miami-based "Cheathab House" to confront the trust issues, jealousy, and unresolved wounds threatening their futures. An emotionally charged journey of accountability, difficult choices and redemption, Put a Ring on It: Cheathab premieres Friday, July 31 at 9pm ET/PT on OWN before moving to its regular timeslot of Fridays at 8pm ET/PT beginning August 14.

Under the guidance of master relationship coach Dr. Stacii Jae Johnson, each couple must confront the ultimate test of commitment, jealousy, and temptation by dating other people, including former flings and past love interestswho have jeopardized their relationships. As old feelings resurface and new temptations emerge, the couples must confront painful truths and decide whether they can rebuild trust and commit to a future together. By the end of the experiment, they face a life-changing decision: finally "put a ring on it" and build a life together or walk away for good.

Meet the couples and Dr. Stacii:

DOMINIQUE & TRAVIS

Dominique and Travis's instant chemistry turned into a passionate long-distance romance built on deep connection and late-night talks. But cracks appeared when Travis grew distant and later admitted to a brief Vegas fling, shattering Dominique's trust. Now, their relationship is consumed by mistrust. Dominique wants commitment and security, while Travis craves faith and freedom from suspicion. Unless they rebuild trust, they risk losing the love they once thought was forever.

MIA AND JARRON

Mia and Jarron's love story began like a fairytale when they met on Facebook in 2022, bonding instantly over their shared faith and long, late-night conversations that bridged the distance between Los Angeles and Fort Lauderdale. Mia was drawn to Jarron's confidence and humor, while Jarron admired Mia's warmth and vibrant spirit.
