Chinese Ambassador to Slovenia Kang Yan Attends Closing Ceremony of the 2026 International Winter AI Olympiad and Meets with Teams from China and Macao, China
On 27 February, 2026, Ambassador Kang Yan attended closing ceremony of the 2026 International AI Olympiad (IAIO) and met with teams from China and Macao, China, which participated in the competition for the first time.
Ambassador Kang warmly congratulated the two teams on their outstanding achievements, clinching two gold medals, one silver medal, and three honorable mentions.
IAIO held its second edition this year, attracting 95 competitors from 24 countries and regions.
