Notice on Update to Corporate Internet Banking Services Features (September 2026)

Thank you for using the Corporate Internet Banking Services and Mobile Banking Services (collectively, the "Corporate Internet Banking Services") of Chong Hing Bank Limited (the "Bank"). Please be informed that the Bank's Corporate Internet Banking Services will be enhanced with effect from 11 September 2026 and 18 September 2026 respectively as follows:

1. New "Account Reactivation" Function
Effective 11 September 2026, an "Account Reactivation" function will be added to the "Management Centre - Account Management" feature. If only individual accounts of a customer become dormant, administrator users can complete the online account reactivation through Corporate Internet Banking without the need to visit a branch.

2. New "Fixed Deposit Account Opening" Function
Effective 11 September 2026, an "Open Fixed Deposit Account" function will be added to the "Management Centre - Account Management" feature. If a customer does not currently hold a fixed deposit account, administrator users can open one through Corporate Internet Banking without the need to visit a branch.

3. Enhancement of e-Advice
Effective 18 September 2026, Corporate Internet Banking will introduce various types of bills transactional advice (including credit advices, debit advices, and trade finance loan drawdown notices, etc.) for customers to query, view and download for record-keeping purposes.
