The Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) is now functional. Notices filed since Monday, October 26, 2026, are being sent out normally and the BNC is working on the backlog of case notices.
As a result of the restoration of the BNC's services, Administrative Order 2026-08 is rescinded by Administrative Order 2026-09.
