Citadel Credit Union Appoints Chief Lending Officer

EXTON, Pa., October 24, 2024 Citadel Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Desimone as Chief Lending Officer. Michael's expertise in navigating the complex regulatory environment to drive revenue, optimize operations, and enhance customer value will help Citadel expand business opportunities.
Most recently, Michael was Vice President of Product Management for Numerated Growth Technologies, a bank tech company providing digital loan and accounting software to banks and credit unions. While there, he helped improve workflow by introducing standardized credit approval templates and led several successful product launches. Michael also directed the team responsible for product management of data-driven solutions to help empower local businesses.
With over two decades of experience in the banking industry, Michael's strategic leadership will further improve Citadel's ability to meet the lending needs of our new and existing customers.
