Jeff Roman Joins CDM Smith as VP of Global Infrastructure and Security

My focus sits at the intersection of infrastructure and security-the cloud, identity, and network platforms that keep an organization running, and the programs that keep it resilient.

Jeff brings extensive experience from a global construction and project development firm operating across complex, project-driven environments. Previously, as a Global Chief Information Security Officer, he led a global cybersecurity program across North America, UK and Europe, helping strengthen security, resilience and business continuity. His background gives him a strong understanding of how technology must support complex operations, client expectations and the pace of change across project-driven businesses. Jeff's extensive experience along with our foundations are essential to the firm's digital strategy, helping us move faster, improve quality, reduce risk and create value across the business. In his new role, Jeff will lead a stable, secure and scalable environment needed to accelerate innovation, support future ready capabilities and deliver better outcomes for employees and clients.
