The student pilot of F-GXCF, performing solo touch-and-gos, was cleared to land on runway 07R. F-HSAE experienced reduced engine performance during the initial climb. The pilot initiated a 180-degree turn for a downwind landing and declared intentions to ATC. F-HSAE touched down on the same runway as F-GXCF, with both aircraft crossing paths on 07R.
