Bury Me in a Dirty Suit: Resilience and Meaning after 9/11
Darin Kinder, a 25-year veteran of the Secret Service and a survivor of the 9/11 attacks, will lecture about his book, "Bury Me in a Dirty Suit." His book covers resilience, teamwork, meaning and other important themes also reflected in the 2026 Richardson Reads One Book pick, "The Trouble with Heroes."
The lecture will take place on Aug. 1 from 2-3 p.m. inside the City Council Chamber at Richardson City Hall, 2360 Campbell Creek Blvd., Suite 525.
This Richardson Public Library-sponsored program is free and for adults and teens.
