Al Rayan Bank: Holding AGM Electronically

Al Rayan Bank QPSC ("ARB") announced that in view of the current circumstances in the State of Qatar, and in the interest of everyone's safety and in compliance with government directives regarding precautionary measures, the Annual Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of the Bank's Shareholders will be held electronically via Zoom, at the same time and date, on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at 10:00 p.m. Doha time.

Registration Procedures:

Shareholders wishing to attend remotely are requested to follow these steps:

· Proceed to the Bank's headquarters located in Lusail City, Al Add Al Sharqi Street 69, Al Rayan Bank Tower, 24th floor, starting from 4:00 p.m. on the date of the AGM to complete the registration process.

· Receive and fill out the list of candidates for the Board of Directors for the 2026-2028 term and place it in the designated ballot box for secret voting and election.

· Obtain the electronic link from the registration officer, which will enable attendance and participation in the meeting remotely.
