DALLAS, Tex., October 1, 2025 - Goldman Sachs today revealed new renderings of the interiors of its Dallas Campus at NorthEnd. These new visuals showcase Dallas-inspired designs that deliver a collaborative and productive workplace experience for employees, as well as state-of-the-art offerings including a full-service fitness facility, back-up childcare and a variety of dining options.
The new campus design features open-plan workspaces, modern conferencing spaces, and a variety of communal areas designed to foster collaboration and creativity. The interior design reflects the ethos of Goldman Sachs while embracing the unique Dallas culture. After a careful selection process, Goldman Sachs chose Texas-based firms Rottet Studio, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) and Corgan, to bring the firm's history and future commitment to Dallas to life. The design prioritizes employee wellbeing and sustainability, drawing inspiration from local landscapes and the colors of the Texas sky, the 1.5 acre adjacent urban park and nearby cultural landmarks, including the Perot Museum and Katy Trail.
"Goldman Sachs has maintained a presence in Dallas for nearly 60 years and we carefully considered the local culture and community in every stage of the design process," said Jacqueline Arthur, global head of Human Capital Management and Corporate & Workplace Solutions at Goldman Sachs. "Our investment in this campus underscores our dedication to providing a world-class workplace that supports our employees' well-being and professional growth, as well as represents what it means to be a Goldman Sachs campus in Dallas."
"Our new campus is designed with our employees in mind," said Aasem Khalil, global head of Investment Banking Client Services, global head of the Cross Markets Group and head of the Dallas office at Goldman Sachs. "We believe that a thoughtfully designed workplace can significantly enhance employee experience and we are committed to creating an environment where our team can thrive in the city they're based."
Goldman Sachs' new Dallas campus reinforces its longstanding commitment to the city, where it has operated for nearly 60 years. As the firm's second-largest U.S. office, the expansion will accommodate more than 5,000 employees across all businesses and divisions of the firm. This expansion underscores Goldman Sachs' focus on bringing its people together and recruiting and developing the best talent from local educational institutions.
"It has been a wonderful experience working with Goldman Sachs to achieve their goals for the Dallas campus. I have rarely seen a company take such care and attention to ensure the design is as well suited to the employees' lifestyles as it is their work needs," said Lauren Rottet, Founding Principal and President of Rottet Studio. "Every aspect of an employee's daily life was considered from childcare to morning workouts, to the quality of coffee breaks and food service to health and well-being."
"Reflecting our longstanding collaboration with Goldman Sachs, we designed a workplace that enables hyper-flexibility, prioritizes sustainability, and helps to create connections among people and with nature," said Ece Calguner Erzan, SOM Interior Design Principal. "Evoking an interior park, the workspaces are designed to empower users to move and change their environment throughout their day, extending communal spaces to the surrounding nature. Conferencing facilities with views to North Field Park-and an indoor-outdoor campus commons at the Park's tree line-connect employees, clients, and the community in Dallas."
"The Corgan team is proud to be part of a project that will undoubtedly shape the future of our city," said Lindsay Wilson, President of Corgan. "From energizing the NorthEnd neighborhood to solidifying Dallas as a premier financial hub, the Goldman Sachs campus will raise the bar for workplace design and architecture in our city,"
The building's human-centric and contemporary design prioritizes employee and client experience, offering additional amenities including outdoor terraces and rooftop gardens, bike parking, coffee bars and social lounges. This significant investment supports a positive and productive work environment and empowers our people to best serve our clients.
Building construction, interiors and migrations are expected to be complete in 2028.
