Dress up during Homecoming Week for a chance to win prizes

As part of this year's Homecoming Week, which will be celebrated Saturday, Jan. 25, to Saturday, Feb. 1, the campus community is encouraged to dress up for spirit theme days. Tag Marquette on Instagram when uploading photos of your outfit for the chance to win prizes, including:

• A basketball signed by Men's Basketball Head Coach Shaka Smart
• Tickets to the National Marquette Day matchup with UConn
• A Marquette Hawaiian shirt
• A Marquette blanket

Monday, Jan. 27

• Pajama Day
  • Join a Pajama Party from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the AMU second floor lobby and Marquette Place

Tuesday, Jan. 28

• Jersey Day

Wednesday, Jan. 29

• Beach Day
  • It may be cold outside, but we're warm in spirit. Dress in beach-inspired clothing, and don't forget to join the Beach Party from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Commons Dining Hall.

Thursday, Jan. 30

• Dress like Shaka Day
  • Put on your best version of Coach Shaka Smart's signature polo and khaki pants look.

Friday, Jan. 31

• Class Colors Day
  • First-years: championship blue
  • Sophomores: white
  • Juniors: dark blue
  • Seniors: gold
  • Graduate/professional students: gold
  • Staff/faculty: blue and gold

Saturday, Feb. 1

• Marquette spirit wear day
  • Don your favorite Marquette attire as you prepare to cheer on the Golden Eagles.
