Recruit Firefighter Training in Progress
Graduation date is planned for February 13. 2026. Following graduation and national certification to the Firefigher I/I level, they will be deployed to Cambridge Fire Companies.
As always, thank you to the Fire Academy instructors and staff for sharing the knowledge and experience.

Following a classroom lecture in the morning, all recruit firefighters rotate through the various training skills in the afternoon. Recruit firefighters practiced roof ladder deployment, hose line movement and management in the training tower building, and aerial ladder ops and deployment, including stabilization, raising, rotating, extending.
