REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
DESIGN ENGINEERING SERVICES
East Montgomery Stormwater Retrofit
The City of Spokane Valley (the "City") is seeking a qualified consultant to deliver task requirements associated with the Washington State Department of Ecology grant awarded to the City for the East Montgomery Stormwater Retrofit Design Project through this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ"). The City is seeking consultants licensed to do business in the State of Washington. Interested consultants must submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) as outlined below.
Submittal
For all submittal requirements, please review the complete RFQ, which is available on the City of Spokane Valley webpage, https://www.spokanevalley.org/publicnotices under the "Requests for Proposals/Requests for Qualifications" section.
Please submit ONE electronic copy (pdf format) of your Statement of Qualifications to Chad Phillips at cphillips@spokanevalleywa.gov and Candice Powers-Henderson cphenderson@spokanevalleywa.gov no later than 4:00 p.m. on April 30, 2025. Submittals will not be accepted after that time and date. Any questions regarding this project should be directed to Chad Phillips at (509) 720-5013 or cphillips@spokanevalleywa.gov.
